We’re Hiring – Operations Coordinator

A calling is a pull toward something you feel uniquely qualified to do and enjoy passionately. Holy Trinity Parish is seeking an experienced and reliable full time Operations Coordinator to support the Pastor. Are you being called?

Reporting to the Pastor, the Operations Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support by overseeing the functions related to front office administration and communication, finance support, human resources, and building maintenance. As a key leader of Holy Trinity Parish, this person is entrusted with identifying and developing leaders within the context of this role, and is expected to be an
active participant in the Holy Trinity parish community.

The successful candidate:

  • Displays and maintains an active spiritual life rooted in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ,
  • committed to personal prayer, and has a passion for parish renewal
  • Has a related business-related degree, diploma or certificate
  • Previous experience in church operations and administration would be an asset.
  • Has above average organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology including G-suite products; Adobe, video conferencing
  • (Zoom); and bulk email tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, with above average written and oral communication skills with the
  • ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Has above average initiative and demonstrated flexibility as well the ability to work with minimal supervision

A job description is available upon request. This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 4.30PM. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
