Growth Group Facilitator
We create a space where everyone is known, loved, and cared for, leading a small group to become mature in Christ. The group members’ growth is reliant on the Holy Spirit and supported by four cornerstones: Fellowship, Learning, Discussion, and Prayer.
If you get excited by helping others grow in their faith, enjoy welcoming people and helping them feel at home, and like listening and guiding discussions more than teaching, this may be the place for you.
