Office Administration Volunteer
Holy Trinity Parish relies heavily on volunteers to fulfill our mission. We are so very grateful for the four amazing and capable volunteers that run our office administration and reception needs – Anne Marie, Debbie, Michelle, and Marilyn. Throughout the year our administrative volunteers take well deserved time away from their roles for various reasons. And there are times when more than one of them may be away at the same time.
We would like to add an additional office volunteer to our team to help fill in during these times.
If you have basic office skills and/or experience such as email, welcoming and greeting, entering data, handling basic financial transactions (basic math functions), updating word documents, and recording important documents, are organized, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Health and Safety Volunteer
Workplace safety takes a community effort – and you are an important part of our community. By getting involved with Health and Safety you can help us create a culture of health and safety in the workplace. Shelley Clee, our Operations Coordinator, is seeking an individual (or two) to share their skills and/or knowledge, and to contribute an hour or two each month to act as safety advocates to help us build on this vision.
We always welcome volunteers from a wide-range of backgrounds and disciplines but if there is someone who has experience or background in health and safety, we would love to hear from you.
