Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Grow Together Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with the Holy Trinity Leadership Team to develop and implement Growth Groups at the Parish—a “community of communities” (Pope Francis). You will play a vital role in recruiting, training, and leading a team of Growth Group leaders, supporting them in fostering meaningful relationships and spiritual growth within their groups. You will also be entrusted with identifying and developing leaders, promoting parish renewal, and helping others to grow in their faith journey.
