| Father’s Day Happy Father’s Day to all of our wonderful dads in our parish community. Thank you for all the love and sacrifices you provide for your families. May we continue to be inspired by the example of Saint Joseph’s fatherhood, and let us also give thanks and appreciation to our Heavenly Father. Goodbye Goerge We are sad to say goodbye to our seminarian Goerge Leberio, who was with us this past year. We would like to thank him for all of his hard work and dedication to our parish, especially for his commitment to building the young adult Catholic community here in Sackville. Goerge seemed to fit into our parish family perfectly right from the beginning, and while he will surely be missed, we are excited for what is to come in his future. Goerge will be leaving us on June 28th, where he will then attend a 30 day silent retreat in Louisiana before going back home to Saskatchewan to spend time with family and friends. He will head back to the Seminary at the beginning of September. Please keep Goerge in your prayers. Thank you Staff As previously mentioned, we will be saying goodbye to a few staff members. Catherine Kidson, our Serve Coordinator, Kate Pinto, our Evangelize Coordinator, Alex Stapleton, our Youth Coordinator, and Ryan McGrath, our Communications Coordinator. We would like to thank them for all of their hard work and contributions to building this parish. We ask you to please keep them in your prayers as they enter into their next chapter. Permission Movie Night at St. Benedict’s Join us tomorrow night, Friday, June 19, at 7:00 PM for a special Movie Night in the Nave at St. Benedict’s Parish featuring Permission: Fr. Bob Bedard’s Vision for the Church. This film will highlight Fr. Bob Bedard’s (the founder of the Companions of the Cross) passion for evangelization and what can happen when we give God permission to move into our hearts. Coffee and Conversation Gathering Ladies and Gentlemen . . . Let’s celebrate in fellowship one more time at Coffee and Conversation before we break for the summer. We’ll gather on Tuesday, June 23, in Seton Hall between 9:45 and 11:30 am. All are welcome. We hope you will plan to attend and invite others to join you. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Steubenville Atlantic – Thank you! Final weekend for pledge drive Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Steubenville Atlantic Spaghetti Dinner. Through your generosity, we raised over $2,500 to help our youth attend Steubenville Atlantic and participate in faith-forming opportunities this summer. Our Steubenville Atlantic Pledge Drive concludes this weekend. If you would still like to support our youth, please visit our pledge drive page or speak with one of our youth after Mass. Thank you for investing in our young people through your prayers, encouragement, and generosity. Please continue to keep them in your prayers as they prepare for this journey.
