Office Closed Feb 16
The parish office will be closed on Monday, February 16th, for Heritage Day. The office will reopen on February 17th.

Bring Your Palms In
Please bring your palms from last year into the parish, so they can be burnt and used for ashes on Ash Wednesday, which is fast approaching on February 18!

Ash Wednesday Masses
Masses for Ash Wednesday will be held at Holy Trinity Parish on Wednesday, February 18th, at 9 am, 4:30 pm, and 7 pm. Hope to see you there!

Parking In Kent Lot
Exciting news! Kent is allowing us to park in their lot on any Sunday throughout the year.

Pancake Day Dinner! Hosted by the Knights of Columbus
Bring your family and join in the Catholic Pre-Lenten Tradition of Shrove Tuesday, a feast before we enter into the 40 days of prayer and fasting leading up to Easter.
When: Tuesday, February 17th, from 4 pm – 6 pm.
Where: Downstairs in the Seton Hall. Cost: $5 per person, children under 5 years FREE. Please pay at the door when you arrive. We can take walk-ins that day, but hope to get a better idea of numbers by encouraging people to sign up HERE. It helps with our planning.

World Day of Prayer 2026
The CWL will be hosting World Day of Prayer 2026 at Holy Trinity Parish on March 6, 2026, from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. This year, the service is written by the women of Nigeria with the theme ‘I will give you rest. All are welcome!

School of Identity – April 24–25
Encounter Ministries is hosting a two-day School of Identity at Saint Benedict Parish (45 Radcliffe Dr., Halifax) on April 24–25. This weekend intensive will help you grow in your identity as a beloved son or daughter of God through dynamic teaching rooted in Catholic tradition and Scripture. Sessions include Identity & Hearing God’s Voice, Renewal of the Mind, Students of the Supernatural, and more. Join presenters Kevin Bailey and Dawn Hausmann for a powerful time of praise, worship, and formation. Friday, April 24th: 6:00–8:45 pm | Saturday, April 25: 8:45 am–10:30 pm

Knights of Columbus Scholarship
The Nova Scotia State Council is awarding $1,000 scholarships to practicing Catholic students entering or currently in their first year of post-secondary education. Applicants must be Nova Scotia residents and demonstrate strong academic standing and community involvement.
