Parish Survey is Closing April 30th: Thank you if you were able to complete the Parish Survey. If you haven’t had a chance yet, time is running out! Survey Closes on April 30th 2025. It is very important that we have as many people as possible completing the survey, including all household members 18yrs or older, so that we have an accurate assessment of where we are as a parish in order to make better plans for our future To Complete the Survey Click Here Divine Mercy Confessions :As we prepare to receive the graces offered by our Lord Jesus on Divine Mercy Sunday we are adding reconciliation times to our regular weekly schedule. Confession will be offered immediately after the 9am mass this Friday April 25, and also on Saturday, April 26, 2:30- 4:30pm. Divine Mercy Sunday: This Sunday, April 27 at 2:30pm we will celebrate a Divine Mercy holy hour at the parish. The hour consists of songs, reflections, veneration of the Divine Mercy image, praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet and short periods of silence. All are invited to attend. Life in the Spirit Seminar: The Hearts on Fire Prayer Group invites you to experience a powerful journey of faith at the Life in the Spirit Seminar. Join use every Wednesday from April 23 to June 4 at Holy Trinity Parish (St. John Vianney Church, 4 Beaver Bank Road, Lower Sackville, NS). Doors open at 6:15 pm with the seminar running from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm.This transformative 7-session seminar features inspiring videos, personal testimonies, and small group discussions in a relaxed café-style format. The seminar will explore the Baptism in the Holy Spirit an experience that re-ignites the graces received through the Sacraments, empowers you for discipleship, and opens the door to a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit. Companions Foundation Day Mass Friday May 2nd: This year the Companions of the Cross will celebrate their 40th anniversary of their founding. There will be a Mass on Friday, May 2, at 7:00pm at Saint Benedict Parish Halifax. We invite you and encourage you to join with Fr. Tim, Fr. Yves, Fr. Dan, Fr. Isaac, Fr. Simon and Fr. Graham as we celebrate this important day in their community. Steubenville Spaghetti Dinner Join us for our annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser! Teens attending the 2025 Steubenville Conference will be your hosts as you enjoy a home made spaghetti dinner prepared by our own Knights of Columbus Council. For only $12 ($5 for a kids portion) you can enjoy spaghetti (with meat sauce or tomato sauce), a roll, juice, tea or coffee and dessert. You will hear stories from teens from past Steubenville Conferences to get to know what your donation supports! Tickets will be available online to pre-order starting next week (no online payment available) or in person before and after Weekend Masses on May 3 & 4, 2025.
