We are happy to report that although we show a negative result for the quarter, we are ahead of our budget, and our high winter expenses for fuel, snow-clearing, and electricity are behind us. In fact, preliminary April numbers show us about a $5500 surplus for that month (including Easter), so we are headed in the right direction.
